Rinante M. Buntod — developer, Northern Mindanao, PH
I make websites, apps and small systems for people who are tired of doing everything by hand. Plain tools, built for real people on slow connections.
rinante@ph:~$ cat about.md
I'm Rinante — most people call me Toskie. I build software for small businesses, schools, barangay offices and community groups: the places where a spreadsheet, a group chat and a lot of patience are currently holding everything together.
My work usually begins the same way. I sit with you, watch how the task is done today, and find the part that wastes the most time. Then I build the smallest thing that removes it — and I stay until you can run it without me.

Ship a working version early, so you react to something real instead of a mockup.
Train the team, write plain-language notes, leave the keys with you.

Fast, mobile-first pages for shops, schools and small offices — usable on a 3G signal.

PHPMySQLLaravelTools your team can use standing up: attendance, requests, field logging, receipts.
ReactFlutterFirebaseScripts that do the copying, sorting and printing you are currently doing by hand.
PythonSheets APIShort, practical sessions so the people using the system stop being afraid of it.
WorkshopsManualsFixing, hosting and updating what you already have instead of rebuilding from zero.

rinante@ph:~$ cat advocacy.txt
My advocacy is simple. The groups with the least support are the ones doing the most manual work, and they gain the most from one well-built tool. So I take on projects for people who usually can't afford a developer, and I build things that keep working after I leave.
Built for cheap phones, weak signal and shared devices — not for the newest laptop.
You get the code, the passwords and the training. Nothing is held hostage.
Community and student projects are priced for community and student budgets.
